João Camacho - Songs, Vol. 1
my first monographic CD
It was on October 10, 2024, in a concert broadcast by Antena 2 from the ISEG auditorium, that my 1st monographic CD, entitled "João Camacho - Canções Vol. 1" was released. The CD, exclusively made up of songs for Piano and Voice, features the participation of musicians Pedro Vieira de Almeida and Marta Mata (Piano) and Armando Possante and Constança Melo (Singing). The 23 songs that make up the CD are part of my musical production over the last 30 years, and reflect my evolution as a composer since then, as well as my eclectic musical taste that thrives between Jazz and classical Art Songs. The CD can be purchased through the BANDCAMP social network, or you can listen to it on the most popular music platforms, such as Spotify, Youtube, etc. The edition of this CD had the financial support of the Sociedade Portuguesa de Autores, as well as the support of the Seixal Municipal Council, which provided the wonderful auditorium of the Seixal Cultural Forum for the recordings, and Antena 2, which was in charge of the concert debut, as well as the radio release of the CD.
